Payment is to be given after I provide a sketch.I have the right to refuse to draw something that makes me personally uncomfortable, there is no harm or foul for asking me to at first. however if it continues after I've said no, I will refuse service indefinitely.
please try to have some form of description of what you want before you message so that its quicker and easier for us to discuss details, and so that I can more accurately draw what you are wanting.
You will be sent the sketch and be able to give revisions. However at the lineart and coloring stage, it will only be minor revisions. (ex. color)
